Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

  • Items that are used or not in their original condition will be subject to inspection. Based on the extent of use, we may:

    • Deduct a 20% restocking fee, OR

    • Decline the refund if the item is no longer in resellable condition.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days(up to 10 days in rare cases).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is determined to be damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue or an error on our part (see below).

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs or rerouting fees for undelivered/refused packages.

  • Items lost in transit.

  • Customs duties or taxes—if an item is returned due to unpaid fees, shipping charges will not be refunded.

For returns, please use a tracked, insured shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and replace the item at no additional cost.

  • Items damaged in shipping are subject to review.

  • To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at admin@wittworks.shop with the following:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund after 10 days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  2. If the issue persists, contact us at admin@wittworks.shop.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at admin@wittworks.shop.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items determined to be damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue or an error on our part.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from your refund.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
