I’m new to woodworking and needed help with the dust from my Makita track saw. Drew made a new fitting that my Shop Vac hooks right up to. PROBLEM SOLVED! Very quick responses to my emails. I’m sure I’ll be using more of his products as I become more experienced.
It's perfect fit on the saw and vacuum hoses
Allowed me to use my existing vacuum hose rather than buying a new, more expensive one, so it's a bargain at $20! If you have any reservations about buying a 3D-printed part, it is both well-designed and sturdy. The only obvious indication that it's printed is the absence of typical injection molding artifacts.

I’m not one of the Rockefellers, so there was no way I was dropping a small fortune on Festool’s fancy dust collection system. I’ve got my trusty Rigid shop vac doing the dirty work, but of course, the hose and my Makita track saw didn’t want to get along. Enter this little adapter. It’s simple, it’s cheap, and it works. Now my Rigid vac and Makita saw are like old buddies instead of two stubborn toddlers refusing to hold hands. The fit is solid, dust collection is way better, and I’m not standing in a sawdust snowstorm every time I make a cut. If you’re on a normal person’s budget but still like breathing clean air and keeping the shop from looking like a lumberjack sneezed all over it, grab this adapter. Problem solved.

The adaptor fits like stock, and allows my 2.5" hose to seamlessly connect to my saw. No more dust problems!

The fit and finish is very good. The problem is the diameter is too big which causes difficulty using the track saw. I put the original back on the saw. You may want to discontinue selling it.
