After breaking my trim router plate mid-way through a project, I needed a replacement. Drew's team at Wittworks made the transition quick and easy, and I was able to complete my project on time. Thanks to Drew and his awesome crew for all the hard work they put in, and for the amazing customer service.

I ordered the wrong plate and needed to exchange it out. The whole process was simple and easy! The fit is flawless and installing the dust port is a breeze! Dust collection is fantastic. I would definitely recommend 👍👍

I broke my router plate vacuum attachment and Drew replaced it for a very reasonable amount.
I ordered the wrong festool dust cover and I contacted customer service to exchange the item in the bundle. Prompt service and the correct item was shipped.
Amazing people! I made a mistake and had my order shipped to a previous address and was not able to recover it and they sent me a new one for free!! (I only had to pay shipping) 10/10 will be doing business here in the future…
Wittworks is very reputable. Without a hassle they replaced my track protectors at no cost and did not require me to return the items I ordered incorrectly. Now that's service!

I really cannot say enough good things about the responsiveness and excellent customer service that Hayden and the Wittworks team provide. When I contacted them regarding the TrimVac add-on for my router plate, they responded the next day and made it right immediately. Additionally Hayden answered some non-related questions I had in a personal and friendly way. Wittworks will be the first place I go to for innovative woodworking products; I'm looking forward to what they do next!

Customer service is outstanding. I managed to damage the router dust collection attachment and I reached out to Drew to see if I could purchase a replacement without buying the other components of the package. The attachment had been working very well for me. Drew offered to send me a replacement at no charge other than shipping. The package arrived quickly and it contained two replacements, totally exceeding my expectations.

Had a small issue that was totally my fault. When I ordered my track saw accessories I ordered for mile as that's the saw I have. Problem was I use a Wen track and apparently they fit the saws but the openings are a different size so the accessories aren't compatible. I sent an email explaining the issue and the next day replacements were on the way. (I want to stress that this was my fault and I addmited as much in my email.) The only thing I was allowed to pay for was shipping the replacements. (I'm in Canada after all) The new parts arrived and work perfectly. Now to save up and justify the trim router table kit to myself... even though I already have a router table.
