Just finished it yesrerday. As you can tell from the holes it gook me a while to zero it out. I couldnt be happier. My nent project will be with the routed groove sled with the right of blade extension.
Thanks

Mark! What a great thing you made! Thank you for sharing the video.
Keeping it real. Great way to use up leftovers for better and repeatable cuts. The builds were straight forward and the Video and plans helped give a little confidence builder. The trickest part is getting the runners right. Even w drilling pilots and screws they want to shift ever so slightly and bind in the slots. Slightly oversized holes allow you to dial it in.
Thanks
Table saw jigs and router table build work great. Very practical and quick to replicate. I was able to setup 2 router stations off my bench using plywood off cuts (money saved). And best of all they hang on the back of my scrap cart so they don’t use floor space when not in use!!
All of wittworks plans are the most comprehensive, step by step plans that you can buy. I used them to build shop cabinets with drawers and they turned out perfect. These aren’t shop drawings. They are a guide to complete projects.
These jigs show precise measurements and clear explanations of the build. There were even some jigs included that I didn't even know about, and are now a part of my jig tools I use everyday.
My workday has been saved many frustrations and time wasted by using these jigs in my workflow. Don't question whether to get these plans, just do it. I highly recommend them.
The selection of tablesaw jigs is nice, but the level of detail in diagrams and materials / cutting lists is particularly complete and professional. Great work.
Very pleasantly surprising was the folder of 3d printing stl files for use with all kinds of jigs and woodworking projects. Very professional with great detail.
5 stars
I love these plans. However, I haven’t made them yet, as my table saw for 26 years just give up the ghost. But, I haven’t made a new Grizzly hybrid arriving on Thursday.
The instructions, and video were clear and easy to follow. I set up my Shmedium Crosscut sled with T-Track and it works perfectly. I really liked the instructions for creating the shim square. What a great way to ensure that you are perfectly aligned with the sawblade. Thanks!!!
Your video saved me over $ 130. I was looking at a tool offered by K-M Tools for about $ 129, then your video taught me a trick to square a Cross Cut Tablesaw Sled from free scraps. I got both a new skill and saved over $ 130. I give ALL 10 Thumbs Up
I've gone through to the 5 Minute Schmedium Sled and, far it, has been so-so. For newbie me, the instructions and illustrations were sparse (I had a devil of a time finding instructions on how to install the mitre bar, and even then it was very difficult since the included screws were not long enough) and they don't always match the "Don’t make a crosscut sled. Do this instead." video.
